‘Making workplaces great spaces’ - EforB’s new tagline really captures the essence of what they do best. This talented team create environments that people can take pride in – places where teams enjoy coming together and sharing ideas. They’ve been doing it successfully since 2010, in the Southwest and now they’re expanding to cover other areas of the UK. They have a great portfolio, which has been steadily built by their creative team, who have proven they can take care of anything.
Over recent years, EforB has grown and developed, keeping the team busy as they focused on winning and delivering on many exciting projects. When they stopped to take a breath, they realised that they had outgrown the brand that they started out with – the way they were presenting and marketing their business, and presenting it online through the website, was no longer representing the business they had become.
The brand was functional and informative, but it was flat and it didn’t present a vision of the service and brilliant work delivered by the team. It lacked energy, focus, and personality.
The website had become, over time, dated and it was no longer delivering enquiries. Copy was clunky and the messaging was simplistic. It was lacking structure, direction, inspiration and it didn’t showcase the great range and quality of projects and clients that EforB works with.
The team was keen to make a change, and to use the website as a lead generation tool, including generating work in specific sectors. The website needed to work for a range of audiences, from ‘direct clients’ – building occupiers and managers – to commercial landlords, investors and commercial property agents.
We began with a deep dive - a 360° analysis of the business and its purpose, carrying out internal and external research, including competitor analysis. We worked closely with the key stakeholders in the team, as well as consulting the wider workforce. We got right under the skin of what it is that makes EforB special, and gained an insight into its ambitions for the future. Everything we found out was thrashed out in a workshop, and from that we created a brand proposition, messaging platform, visual brand and copy tone of voice.
This now forms the basis for all marketing communications going forward, providing consistency and efficiency, and ensuring everything the company produces works hard for them. With their new brand, EforB now look, and sound, like the warm, dynamic, successful, vital business that they truly are.
We created a brand new website that would embody the EforB brand values and personality and showcase the new visual brand. SG wrote copy, created content for all pages, delivered wireframing, the full design and build as well as project management. Finally, the company has a website that shows off not only their talent and professionalism, but also reflects their warm, fun, and vibrant personality.
The site is easy for the team to update thanks to being built on a WordPress CMS, so they’re able to add fresh content and show recent projects and insights from the team. Its range of content is organised to deliver good UX to its various audiences, and is optimised to bring in visitors via search engines.

Analytics data suggest that the new website is a great improvement on the previous site with stats showing a steady flow of visits and enquiries.
